Russias only Arcraft Carrier[]
The Admiral Kuzentsov is the Only Russian carrier in service in the Russian Navy. It was the first of 2 carriers of the class. It has multiple Anti air missile launchers and 30mm AK-630 30mm cannons as well as being able to acomidate 41-52 aircraft including the Su-33 and Su-25. It is expected to remain in service till 2035.
2012-2017 Refit[]
The Admiral Kuzentsov is currently under refit, where it shall remain until 2017. It will modernized and will have its anti ship missiles removed and Panstir S-1 anti aircraft batteries installed as well as recieving newer MiG-29K carrier borne fighters.
