The AGS-30 is an updated and upgraded version of the original AGS-17. The AGS-30 is lighter, has a higher rate of fire and has a longer range than the original AGS-17.
The AGS-30 is usually equiped with a 2.7x maginification scope for engaging longer ranged targets.
